WPOA Officer Elections
At the January WPOA meeting elections for President,
Treasurer and Parks Commissioner will be held. Each position is a two
year duration. Anyone interested in serving these positions should
attend the January meeting or contact any of the current Officers.

Officer Responsibilities
Dues Notices and Newsletter
Association yearly dues notices for
2026 were mailed at the end of March. If you did not receive a Dues
Notice please contact one of the Officers. Payment is due by April 30.
At the January meeting it was decided to reduce this year's dues fee
from $125 to $100 for a single lot. Included with the dues notice
mailing is the latest copy of the Association newsletter, The
Promulgator.
Front Entrance Decorations
Spring and summer flowers and new bushes have been added to the front entrance. Thanks to Bonnie Forner for the seasonal and holiday decorations to the front sign.
New Street Signs
The new street signs have all been installed, including the front sign at the entrance
